Last Updated: October 2, 2026 • Effective Date: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AlwaysLive24 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AlwaysLive24 website (https://alwayslive24.com), applications (https://app.alwayslive24.com), and associated 24/7 cloud live-streaming services.
By creating an account, clicking "Sign In", "Create Account", or utilizing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1 Description of Service
AlwaysLive24 provides an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to schedule, manage, and broadcast continuous 24/7 live video streams to third-party streaming destinations (including YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, X, and custom RTMP/SRT servers) using user-supplied pre-recorded video files, Cloudflare R2 storage, or remote URLs.
You acknowledge that AlwaysLive24 is an automated conduit and cloud infrastructure provider. AlwaysLive24 does not curate, author, or inspect the proprietary content of your broadcasts unless required to investigate violations of these Terms.
2 Account Registration & Security
To access the service, you must register an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3 Acceptable Use Policy & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in all video and audio files you stream or upload to AlwaysLive24. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive license necessary to transcode, packet-copy, and transmit your stream to your designated destination platforms.
Copyright & Legality: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to broadcast the content. You strictly agree NOT to broadcast:
- Copyrighted movies, TV shows, anime, or music without explicit licensing from rights holders.
- Unauthorized live rebroadcasts of commercial sports events or pay-per-view broadcasts.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene materials.
- Content promoting hate speech, terrorism, self-harm, or harassment.
- Malicious software, phishing schemes, or fraudulent crypto scams.
AlwaysLive24 enforces a zero-tolerance policy. Accounts found broadcasting unauthorized or infringing material will be suspended immediately without refund.
4 Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies
You agree to comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of all destination platforms you stream to, including:
- YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Facebook Community Standards.
- Twitch Terms of Service.
- Kick Terms of Service.
AlwaysLive24 is not responsible for any strikes, demonetization, or penalties imposed on your third-party channel by YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms.
5 Subscription Plans & Billing
Pricing: Prices for subscription tiers (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) are listed on our website and in your dashboard. We reserve the right to modify prices upon 14 days advance notice.
Quotas & Fair Use: Each subscription plan includes defined concurrent stream slots, maximum video resolution (720p/1080p), and storage caps. Exceeding plan quotas may require an upgrade.
Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to renewal. For detailed eligibility and refund timelines, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6 Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our dedicated European cloud datacenter nodes, we do not warrant that streams will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by external platform API changes (e.g. YouTube RTMP ingest server maintenance).
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlwaysLive24 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, audience, or data resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
