We provide a next-generation 24/7 cloud streaming SaaS that empowers creators, agencies, and broadcasters to schedule and automate live streams across social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and custom RTMP destinations using pre-recorded video sources and cloud storage.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, register an account, or utilize our live streaming services.

1 Information We Collect

A. Account & Identity Data: When you register or sign in, we collect your full name, email address, password hash, and profile picture (if provided via Google Sign-In).

B. Google User Data (OAuth): When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication securely accesses your basic profile information (name, email address, unique Google UID, and avatar URL). We DO NOT access your private emails, Google Drive files without permission, or search history.

C. Streaming & Media Credentials: We store your user-provided RTMP Stream Keys, destination platform preferences (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitch), and remote video URLs (Cloudflare R2, Google Drive public links, or direct MP4 links). We DO NOT store your YouTube or Facebook account passwords.

D. Technical & Usage Telemetry: Server logs including IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, video encoding bitrates, stream uptime, and storage consumption to ensure service stability and quota enforcement.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)

AlwaysLive24's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request Google user data strictly required for user authentication and identification.
  • We never sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
  • We do not use Google user data to serve targeted advertisements.
  • Humans do not read your Google user data unless required for security investigations, bug resolution with your explicit consent, or to comply with applicable law.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To provision, operate, and maintain your 24/7 cloud streaming slots and control room.
  • To authenticate your identity and safeguard against unauthorized access.
  • To enforce plan quotas, stream durations, and storage limits.
  • To process billing transactions and subscription invoices.
  • To provide responsive technical support and diagnose FFmpeg stream errors.
  • To protect against abuse, fraudulent activity, and copyright infringement.

3 Data Security & Storage Isolation

Your security is paramount. All web traffic is strictly encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using salted hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2). Stream keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

Video files uploaded to Cloudflare R2 or local storage are isolated per user account and accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

4 Third-Party Subprocessors

We work with trusted enterprise third-party providers who adhere to strict data privacy standards:

  • Google Firebase: Authentication infrastructure and OAuth sign-in.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: DNS, CDN acceleration, DDoS mitigation, and R2 Object Storage.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH: Dedicated European datacenter server infrastructure.
  • Payment Gateways (Razorpay / Stripe / Cashfree): Encrypted payment processing. We never store credit card or CVV details on our servers.

5 Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated video files. To request permanent account deletion and data erasure, email us at [email protected]. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.
